Apply online or download an application
form and submit by mail, fax (503.775.8983) or email (info@cs.edu).
Send the following documents after you
send your application to us:
I. Proof of financial resources: Bank statement or letter from your
bank translated into US dollars by fax (503.775.8983) or email
(info@cs.edu). The bank statement or letter cannot be more than 3
months old. It must show at least the amount of money to pay for
your tuition and fees during your stay at the Columbia School of
English
II. Copy of your passport by fax (503.775.8983) or email
(info@cs.edu)
After the application has been submitted:
1. After all the documents have been
received, we will process your application within 24-36 hours.
2. Our admissions office will contact
you for further information.
2. Wait for your I-20 to arrive and make an appointment to interview
with the US embassy or consulate in your country.
3. Decide if you need Columbia School to arrange your housing.
4. Send your arrival information to our Columbia School.
5. If you need to arrive later than the start date on your I-20,
tell the Director IMMEDIATELY. Students may not be allowed to enter
the US after the start date shown on the I-20.
