Portland offers one of the best public transportation systems in the U.S. TriMet's
bus service stops right in front of CSE and can take you anywhere in the metropolitan area. A new light rail stop is also being constructed just across the street.

The Oregon coast, just 2 hours away, provides miles and miles of free access beaches.
The Cascade Mountains provide plenty of recreation activities both summer and winter.
Portland is also home to many parks both within and outside city limits with trails for biking, walking or jogging.
